Poor sleep, high work stress, and under-eating all make the same session feel harder. When life load is high, reduce training stress instead of adding more intensity.
A few minutes of movement that helps you squat, hinge, and reach overhead is enough for most people. You do not need an hour of stretching to train well.
Progress gradually. Keep some range of motion in the joints you train. Stop if pain is sharp or worsening. Technique and patience prevent more problems than any gadget.
